At The Scent Haven, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Receive Instructions – We’ll provide return shipping details and further instructions.
  • Ship Your Item – Send the product back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Get Your Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or send a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used essential oils (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
